About

20+ years of making delivery work

I have spent more than 20 years in IT services, most of them responsible for delivery. I started as a project manager, ran PMOs, led a SoftServe delivery location of up to 250 people for nine years, and held COO roles in three companies.

What I care about most: delivery that does not depend on heroics, leaders who outgrow their managers, and what AI actually changes in how teams are run.

Since 2021 I also teach. My course Leading IT Teams at Laba Business School has trained 500+ current and future IT leaders.

I live in Sofia, Bulgaria, and work in Eastern European Time.

Operations

COO and general management

  • 2025-2026
    Chief Operating and Technology Officer · Cloudfresh

    Led delivery, operations and technology for a premier Google Cloud partner operating across EMEA. Owned delivery (development, project management, customer success, delivery operations) and ran company-wide operations through the operations and HR teams. Designed the delivery governance framework and launched the cloud, AI, security and workplace collaboration practices.

    COO / Senior Project and Program Manager · Componence Social

    Ran operations and reported to the management board, alongside programmes in web applications and social media. Major Netherlands accounts; remote teams in Ukraine, the Netherlands, Germany and India.

  • 2007-2008
    General Manager · Componence Ukraine

    Ran two business units in Kyiv and Lviv (12 and 10 people): financial results, reporting to the management board, the organisation and communication structure of both offices, hiring and developing the management layer.
