For engineers and PMs who became managers: the manager's role, delegation, feedback, decisions, performance. A programme built for your teams, 1.5-hour sessions practised on real work. Typically 3 months: 6 to 12 sessions, one every one to two weeks, in groups of 10 to 20. A shorter intensive is possible: up to two sessions a week over about six weeks.
