How I help / Pilot · Now recruiting
AI Enabled PM
For project managers and coordinators who want AI to take routine work off their day, without losing control of quality.
How the pilot works
- Before the start, about a week: short interviews with several of your project managers and coordinators, and a look at your tools and policies. The programme is adjusted to what I find.
- Six weeks: five 1.5-hour sessions and a 1-hour final with your sponsor. Between sessions, about an hour of practice on the team's real accounts.
- A group of 10 to 20 project managers and coordinators from one company, plus a sponsor.
- Fixed fee on first-run terms, agreed on the intro call.
The five sessions
- Client passport and checking AI output.
- Meetings and communication.
- The weekly cycle: status and risks.
- Planning, scope and quality.
- Your own system and handover.
What you leave with
A working client passport, templates you have tested on your own accounts, and a weekly routine that holds without me.
What I need from your team
- A sponsor.
- Access to an AI tool your company already allows, and permission to practise on real work. The core of the programme is tool-agnostic.
- Protected time in people's calendars.
Why a pilot
The programme is built on my own practice: I work through each module on my real delivery work before I teach it. The first group helps shape it, and pays first-run terms for that.
First step
A 30-minute intro call.
